Applications are now open for the 2026 Google Career Certificate Scholarships. In 2025, at the opening of Googles AI Community Center in Accra, Google pledged to support this growing talent pool by offering 100,000 Google Career Certificate scholarships.

These scholarships provide access to flexible online training programs designed by Google experts to help individuals become job-ready in high-growth fields in under six months. We want to ensure that Ghanaian youth are equipped with the hands-on skills required to take full advantage of global opportunities and build successful, long-term careers in the tech industry.

The Google Career Certificates offer a flexible way to gain highly sought-after skills, requiring no prior experience. You can choose from the following specialised tracks:

• **:**A 10-hour course designed to help you use generative AI effectively in your daily work. You will learn to synthesise information and use AI as a collaborator to speed up everyday tasks.
• **:**Learn how to process and analyse data to gain key business insights. You will master tools like SQL, Tableau, and R programming to turn raw numbers into actionable stories.
• **:**Protect organisations from digital attacks. This track covers the foundations of risk mitigation, Python, and Linux, preparing you for entry-level roles as a security analyst.
• **:**Master the tools needed to reach customers online. You will gain hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO, and social media analytics to help local businesses grow.
