Applications are now open for the Join Shell as as Graduate trainee in Nigeria where you will embark on a comprehensive 3-year program designed to develop future leaders.
The Graduate Recruitment within Shell follows a standard global methodology used to attract, select, and place our best talent within the various Shell businesses. For 2026, Shell is recruiting post-NYSC graduates for the following areas:
- Commercial
- Engineering (Chemical, Petrochemical, Mechanical, Civil, Production)
- Geoscience

Eligibility
To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Program:
- You must have graduated (Bachelor’s or Master’s) before your start date
- You must have less than three years of work experience.
- You must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
- You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
