Program Description
The Moniepoint Women in Tech Internship is aimed at ensuring that young women have access to building a career in technology.
Eligibility and Program Structure
- 15 women will be selected for the program
- Each intern will get direct mentorship from an industry expert in their field
- Interns can choose from nine teams:
- Cybersecurity Engineer
- Backend Engineer
- Data Engineer
- Product Manager
- Mobile Engineer
- Frontend Engineer
- Cloud Engineer
- Quality Assurance Engineer
- Site Reliability Engineer
- The internship is 6 months long and involves working on real projects to help shape finance in Africa

Application Process

- General and psychometric assessment
- Technical assessment
- Behavioural and technical interview with the hiring manager
