Applications are now open for the2027 TGI Distri Ltd Commercial Trainee Programme. The**TGI Distri Commercial Trainee Program (CTP)**is a structured talent development initiative designed to equip young, passionate graduates with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required for a successful career in Sales.
Successful applicants will undergo an intensive induction programme, followed by a6-month frontline sales training experience. This includes shadowing employees across various sales cadres and market channels in any of our branches nationwide, providing hands-on experience and deep exposure to sales operations at the heart of the marketplace, where sales happen every day.
Candidates must be willing and ready to be deployed to work anywhere in Nigeria.
B.Sc./HND in any discipline with a minimum of 2.2 / Lower Credit.
Minimum of 1 year and maximum 2 years post NYSC experience.
Passion for FCMG Sales as a career path.
Proficiency in computer applications and office suites.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Not older than 28 years as of December 31st, 2026.
