Applications are now open for the2027 Schneider Electric Nigeria Graduate Programme. As part of the 2027 Schneider Electric****Graduate Programme,you will embark on a24-monthstructured learning and development journey designed to accelerate your career. Through rotational assignments, you will:

Develop technical, commercial, and leadership capabilities through structured learning and mentorship
Work on real business projects that deliver meaningful impact
Gain exposure to industry-leading technologies and solutions
Collaborate with diverse teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Build practical experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment

Eligibility Requirements

Hold a BEng or BSc degree in one of the following disciplines:Electrical and Electronics Engineering,

Electrical and Computer Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or

Psychology

Have achieved a minimum of a2nd Class Upper Division or an equivalent CGPAfrom an accredited university
Be a recent graduate**(Class of 2026)**or be expected to graduate within the next six (6) months
Have completedNYSC camp within the past three (3) months or be expected to complete NYSC camp within the next six (6) months in 2026
Be legally authorized to work in Nigeria
Be willing and able to be based in Lagos, Nigeria, for the duration of the programme
Be available to commence the programme in February 2027
Be committed to completing the 24-month Graduate Programme
Successful participation in the Graduate Programme does not guarantee employment in a permanent role upon completion of the programme
