Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a female entrepreneur in Nigeria
- Must own a business that has been operating for at least 2 years
- Business should fall within sectors like:
- Agriculture / Processing
- Manufacturing
- ICT / Digital services
- Waste management / Circular economy
- Preference for businesses using locally sourced raw materials

The Y’ellopreneur initiative seeks to contribute to the reduction of women unemployment and advance women development in ‘Entrepreneurship’ through capacity building and access to capital. In phases 1 and 2 of this initiative, a total of 5,754 Female Entrepreneurs were trained in Entrepreneurship Skills, and 122 of these entrepreneurs received equipment loan totaling over N301 million. In the third phase, the MTN Foundation is collaborating with the Bank of Industry Limited to implement a Matching Fund Model of N1Bn (One Billion Naira Only).
